Nodame Cantabile Jdrama

One of the best Japanese dramas I've watched! I never thought that this drama would be that awesome. Dezeree had been asking me to watch this drama since 2 years ago and I just watched it this year/last year (dec) after my other friend talked about Nodame again. Except that he was talking about the anime version. OMG I SOOOOO WANNA WATCH AND COMPARE.

DO NOT BE AFRAID. This drama ain't that heartbreaking compared to Hachiko, koizora, cyborg girl etc. THOSE DRAMAS ARE SO HEARTBREAKING that my heart needs to repair itself everytime I finished one dramas/movies.

Nodame is all about the music. Piano, violins, viola, cello, EVERYTHING! This drama makes me wanna play and touch my violin again after months or maybe years of collecting dust! Concerto, orchestra, vienna, paris.. meastro.. omaigahhh i envy those who are taking music. I just don't have the talent to continue my music! Stopped at grade 5 and never turn back.

Learned alot about music pieces, Beethoven, Mozart and Chopin through this drama. One of the orchestra pieces I like the most is vivacio Beethoven Symphony in 7. There's more but I can't remember their names. :(

One thing is, I still can't get how an orchestra conductor conduct their own orchestra using music piece. The hand gestures and all. I'M SO AMAZED I NEED TO FLY TO VIENNA OR PARIS OR RUSSIA NOW. 

I used to play in an orchestra yearssssssss ago. Amazing experience although I was only a third chair violin. meh.

Plus, what makes this drama even more awesome is that they're funny! and a little bit cheeky too. :S

But still, that's what a drama should do. Entertain people. :D

Ueno Juri! who played Noda Megumi or.. Nodame!

I.LOVE.HER.

In this drama, she's super talented in playing the piano. plus, she's cute! and tall! To sum it all, she's amazing (as her character) minus the super disgusting habit she has :/

AND SHE'S SUPER IN LOVE WITH CHIAKI SENPAI. kawaiiii ^^ /le ahlian me pops out of nowhere

Tamaki Hiroshi as Chiaki Shinichi!

ONE WORD. HANDSOME. He played this really famous student in this music school and he's in the piano division. BUT. He can play the violin well and he loves conducting. Has a phobia of riding on a plane, being hot temper, a clean and neat guy, and most importantly he didn't realised he fall for Nodame. aigoooo kiyeopta ^^ /dafuq with me?!

These are the two main characters. The rest are awesome too but if I am too list down all the characters by next year also I still haven't finish describing each unique characters they have.

ALL IN ALL, I LIKE THIS DRAMA. They should make more dramas like this! A VERY MUST WATCH DRAMA. 

A 10/10 :D

Few creepy and hilarious parts of the drama.

This is when Maesto Milch wanted to grab Nodame's boobs. Disgusting old man. I actually screamed at this part. LOL

This timpani afro hair gay guy who happens to like Chiaki too, help Nodame for her make over. Sexy looking you got there, Nodame. ;)

One of the characters who played the violin. GUISE PLEASE BE MY SENSEI.

I know. THIS IS ONLY A DRAMA. They probably can't play these babies in real life. But. I can't help it. 

The drama is just so likeable.

The trailer for the movie. I haven't watch it yet but looks nice! :D

I'm supposed to go back to Dalat for my grandma's 40th prayer today but ohwell, I haz tests today so I can't make it.

And so, I was and still am bored, coincidentally, it's Cheesie's sloggi night party and I took part because.
I told you. Im bored.

The Love of Siam

Another Thai drama that I watched! Seriously, I think I'm really hooked into Thailand movies nowadays. :O
Must find good awesome ones. I wanna watch Loser Lover. Anyone who knows any website which provides English subtitle for that, PLEASE PLEASE TELL ME OKAY??

Neeeewaaaaay, Mario Maurer's in this movie! /le me jumping for joy.
and he looked kinda different compare to the present him. ok, maybe he was so much younger during his TLOS time.
No doubt, he looks so much hotter right now :B

BUT.
prepare for a heart squeezing moment because.
1. This is a gay movie.
2. Yes, Mario is one of the gay in this movie.
3. ASDFJKL SCENE which includes Mario and the other guy!!

The other guy, HE'S NOT THAT BAD LOOKING. CUUUTEEEE xD

P/S: I had another weird dream again last night! I think this is like more to a nightmare with less horrifying stuff. Hannah was at my house because she was waiting for someone to pick her up. When that person came, it's my fren's boyfriend. pfft. Not belHo's, belngui's, hannah's.. Just, a random friend boyfriend which randomly appeared in my dream. And my friend didn't even appear in my dream. ONLY her boyfriend. AND. i NEVER meet her boyfriend in life as well :O okay so i helped Hannah to put her stuff behind his car. (He's driving an avanza) and she sat in front. yadayadayada ( I can't remember.) The next thing I know, i'm the next person who sat in his car. I put my stuffs behind and prefer sitting at the back instead of in front with him. we stopped by Uni shop and the coffeeshop next to it. We ended up going on our own separate ways because we figured out we're not suitable for each other. WTF. traumaaaaa now whenever I see my friend's fb. Feel guilty :/ 

And the next dream was at OTS, my primary school. We're having this public examination and it was during recess. My specs suddenly broke and I kept complaing to bel because I can't see clearly. I searched my bag and found another specs. went into the classroom and poof im awake :D teehee. Hope nothing of that happens in real life.

The Oath

Finally done with The Oath Singaporean drama.
Not bad.
I always thought what does The Oath got to do with medical dramas. Now I know.

U know what? Mediacorp production is the best production among all other local productions. It's not like I'm living in Singapore but still can be considered as local right? Afterall, we're just neighbours... :D

OH, I watched this in ShuangXing channel. ( feel so chinese suddenly although Im really one )
I guess they're gonna broadcast this out sometime in the middle of the year on aec.

Summary:
-Conflicts between traditional and modern medicine.

Yeah, that's about it.



HAHAH NO SUBTITLES :( but I can understand a little bit /leproud.

P/s: I had this really weird dream last night where I was in school and sat next to Mark Lee, that singaporean actor =_=. And then suddenly, this lady teacher came in and claimed that there's someone sleeping at the back of the classroom last night, and she asked all international students to stand up. Of all countries, ALL those international students are korean and the scary part is, all of them are Park Ji Min. LOL. u know Park Ji Min, that 15 year old girl who wow-ed everyone with her rolling in the deep (adele) in the K-Pop star audition? Yes, her. =_=. But I dunno why this crazy lady teacher suddenly came to me and roughly grabbed the collar of my shirt forcing me to stand up from where I was sitting. SHE THEN SLAPPED ME ON THE FACE MANY TIMES. wtf. And i SLAPPED HER BACK. LOL and she simply accused me that I'm the one who sneakily sleep in class. SUDDENLY I GOT VIOLENT. I GRABBED HER FACE AND SLAPPED IT MANY TIMES AND CALLED HER A CB FACE LOL!!! WTF WHY I SO VIOLENT ONE T_T

My first movie of the year!

Yes, it's a horror movie! And i THINK it's based on a true story O_O

At first I though it's a Thai movie but actually it's a Msia/Sg one. I think.

Not bad, managed to give me goosebumps and think back bout the days in NS camp where I experienced something not very similar but somehow relatable.

But still, thank goodness for local films, they will cast at least one comedian in movies like this; and guess who's in it?

Mark Lee, the Singaporean dude! 

And so the movie goes like this. Uhm, there's this dude Tan who said that this lady ghost keep bothering him and all that and somehow it affects his prestasi (lol i forgot what is it called in English) in camp. He told his good friend Jeremy about it and Jeremy shake the matter of by saying that ghost do not exist. In order to complete their 2 year National service, these platoon need to go for a 24km march in the jungle and that is when Tan goes missing. When they (his friends) are on a search for Tan, all of their torches suddenly goes flat and their sergeant has to do head count. There are 4 of them excluding the sergeant. AND THIS IS THE SCARY PART. When the last person said four, another person behind him said 5. woooohhhh goosebumps~

At last they found Tan's body by the river all distorted. :/ and this is when this mysterious lady appeared and only Jeremy can see her.

AND NOW YOU WATCH. :D it's still in the cinema cause it's still new!

It's 2012 already!


How was your New Year? :)


Did you went for a countdown celebration with your loved ones?
Because I did!


Went shopping with mum and bro until 1130pm and had our countdown at home.
As simple as that.
No, i don't do countdown in clubs. In fact, I never once step my foot on that floor. :/

I'm just too kuaiiii lahh hee.


Anyways, on 2012 there's always first for everything!
-Your first time sleeping in your bed.
-Your first text messages to friends.
-Your first meal.

On the 1ST OF JANUARY 2012, I had my FIRST dinner with bel, jude and mj.
Mag was supposed to join ussss but she had dinner somewhere :(

On a non related note, last night I dreamed I was back in BL with my pinafore and my pyjamas pants that I am wearing right now. I kept running around in school and got chased by Bel and Jude. IDK Y O.O

Dined in at Lato Cafe at Brighton Square. Quite pricey but the spaghetti bolognaise and carbonara weren't that bad.


Better than Pete's western. That's what MJ and Bel said.

Their caesar salad was... ok lah. Too much veggie taste. I still prefer Bing's. Their caesar salad is STILL DE BEST! (Y)


and den we went to watch movie!
Later on, we went for supper at Bing's! MY LOVE~
But no caesar salad for me that night. Need to save money T_T


Jude was kind enough to order desserts for us.
Chocolate cake and the other one i forgot.
